The Harbour Inn is an ideal place if you want a full course meal or just want to chill out and have a few drinks. Visited this pub on a cold and chilly afternoon just when outdoor dining was allowed again in UK.

Interior Bar Area

Location

Located right on the harbour, it is central and easy to get to. There is a large pay and display carpark where you can park with ease and walk here in approx. five minutes. 


Food and Drinks

There is a wide range of food and drinks available. We wanted something warm and quick so we went for chips and a burger. We also changed our plans at the last minute and decided to do a takeaway instead of outdoor dining. The staff accommodated our request with ease with no issues. The drinks were also good.

Service

The service for food and drink was absolutely fine. Although, I would think that some outdoor heaters should be arranged as it was absolutely freezing to sit outside that day.

Overall Comments

Visiting this place when indoor dining was not allowed does not quite do the justice. The indoor ambience and atmosphere will be much more enjoyable. Nevertheless, a decent place to visit. The only improvement could be prices as the meal was quite expensive, however it is expected from a high end establishment located in a prime spot.

We are going to take a peek into Fah Thai, a classic Thai restaurant in Southsea, Portsmouth. What is Fah Thai and Location? Fah means 'sky' in Thai. Fah Thai is a restaurant located in centre of Southsea on its main street. It is more like a fine dining place. Being central means that there is easy access to this restaurant.
